Apex Motoren Kenya is an international spare parts sourcing and brokerage business. We source OEM and premium aftermarket parts for luxury vehicles from Dubai, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan, and deliver to Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. We operate on a pre-order brokerage model — we do not hold inventory.
All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We do not begin sourcing any part until payment is confirmed via M-Pesa, PayPal, or card.
A valid M-Pesa confirmation code, PayPal transaction ID, or card receipt must be provided as proof of payment.
Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours from the time of quotation. After 48 hours, prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier availability, customs clearance, and shipping conditions. Apex Motoren Kenya is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or suppliers.
Standard delivery timeline is 7–21 business days from order confirmation, depending on the sourcing hub and destination country.
Full refund: If we are unable to source your requested part, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
No refund: Once a part has been sourced and shipped, we cannot accept returns unless the part is proven to be wrong due to our error (incorrect VIN matching).
Partial refund: If you provided incorrect vehicle information and we sourced accordingly, a restocking and handling fee of 20% applies.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Apex Motoren Kenya uses the VIN provided to source parts. If an incorrect VIN results in a wrong part being sourced, the customer bears responsibility for additional costs incurred.
All genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Premium aftermarket parts carry the supplier's warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the part, with photo or video evidence of the defect.
We collect your name, phone number, email, and vehicle details solely for the purpose of fulfilling your parts request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your payment details are processed securely by M-Pesa (Safaricom), PayPal, or card processors and are never stored on our servers.
Apex Motoren Kenya acts as a broker and is not the manufacturer or original seller of the parts. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any vehicle damage, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from the use of parts sourced through us.
